A:Yes, absolutely. We adhere to the highest international quality standards. Our factory operates under a strict ​ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Our all insulation products, including Rock Wool Board and Tile Backer Boards have obtained ​CE certification​ and comply with relevant ​ASTM​ standards. We can provide all necessary test reports and certificates upon request to ensure your projects meet local building codes.

Q:What are the thermal performance (R-Value/K-Value) and fire rating of your insulation?​​

A:Our products excel in both thermal efficiency and fire safety. ​Thermal Performance:​​ The thermal conductivity (K-value) ranges from ​0.028 W/(m·K) to 0.040 W/(m·K)​, depending on the product type and density. This translates to excellent R-Values. You can find the specific R-value for each thickness on our detailed product datasheets. ​Fire Rating:​​ Safety is our priority. Most of our insulation materials, like rock wool, are classified as ​Class A (Non-combustible)​. Our products are designed to significantly improve the fire resistance of buildings.

Q:What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?​​

A:We always strive to be flexible in order to meet all of our customers' needs: a) MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): For standard products, the minimum order quantity is typically one 20-foot container (20GP). However, we can offer more flexible options for mixed-container orders or trial orders. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. b) Samples: We provide free samples for you to evaluate our product quality! You are only required to cover the shipping costs. We believe that seeing and testing the product quality firsthand is the best way to initiate a collaborative partnership between us. The cost of the samples can be deducted from your first official order.
